As many of us look forward to spending time with our friends and families at Christmas, we want to say a huge Thank You to our extended foodbank family here in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Without your generosity - whether it be donating time as a volunteer, supporting our initiatives, sharing experiences and insight, organising collections and appeals, or donating food, supplies and money - many people in need would not be able to access emergency food.

This year (2024-25) your gifts and support have helped to feed 8,908 adults and children. By coming to our foodbank centres, they have been able to directly engage with Citizens’ Advice, which has, according to the figures for the first 2 quarters this year (April to September 2025) are below:

Expected financial gains - £540,840

Debts managed - £453,531

Debts written off - £238,951

Behind the numbers though are real people, many going through a time of crisis, having to deal with issues they have never encountered before. Your compassion and kindness mark turning points for our clients, and has given hope and dignity to those facing financial hardship. Thank you.
