Drop off your Christmas Goodies!

To ensure your goodies get to our clients in time for Christmas, please drop them into our supermarket donation boxes, a Newcastle-Staffs Foodbank centre or the warehouse in Brock Way, Knutton by Monday, December 22.

We know how important it is to find a treat in a food parcel when someone is going through their most difficult moments in life. At Christmas especially, our fantastic community always steps up with donations of mince pies, selection boxes, puddings and Christmas cakes.

To ensure these get to our clients in time for Christmas, please drop them into our supermarket donation boxes, a Newcastle-Staffs Foodbank centre or the warehouse in Brock Way, Knutton by Monday, December 22.

Over the last few weeks we have been able to distribute Christmas Care Bags to individuals, couples and families who have visited our centres. Filled with treats like biscuits, hot chocolate, cosy socks and mugs, we wanted to remind clients that although Christmas can be an overwhelming time when you don’t have enough money for life’s essentials, there is support available and people who care about their wellbeing.

Staffordshire County Councillors Helen Williams, Adam Griffiths, Mark Nixon and Rhys Machin kindly donated money from their Community Fund to support this initiative.
