Here at the foodbank we would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and a peaceful new year.
We are so grateful for the support that we have received this year – food donations, monetary donations, time from volunteers. The wonderful community we live in has partnered with us to meet the needs of those in crisis in our community.
At the time of writing this, we are being blessed with so many donations this Christmas time, from individuals, schools, charities, churches and businesses across the Borough. £1,000 from Enterprise Holdings Foundation, £1,000 from Aasha England, a massive 232 Kgs of food from Madeley High School – if only we had the space to name everyone. We are so grateful for each donation – from the tin of peas to a cheque for £5,000 – because every single donation, no matter how big or small, makes a difference to someone in our community. We are so grateful for all your support throughout the year.💚
